1. Return Eligibility
You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it, if:

You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
Note: For hygiene reasons, used perfumes or opened skincare products cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get another item, please return the original product and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
